Terrasinne is a wonderful place to spend a day and be served by people who care for you. It is a Multicuisine Restaurant located at F C road, Pune (near Tukaram Paduka chowk)
Once you are seated, a young girl comes and explains to you how the restaurant functions.
All orders are to be placed with sign language and the menu card has an easy to understand prompt for it.
The food takes some time to come but that is understandable as it is freshly made. The ambiance and the staff put you at ease and that helps you to relax.
The reverse triangle sign of Terrasinne is an Alchemy sign which means 'Earth' (Terra) and Sinne means World Cuisines.
This is one dignified platform for many - 14 disabilities like, blind, deaf, down syndrome, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, deaf and autistic spectrum, epilepsy..... (just a few to mention)
The founder, Dr. Sonam Kapse ensures that the kitchen does not use preservatives, additives or unhealthy ingredients. Terrasinne has collaborated with 200 plus farmers which encourages the propaganda of farm-to-table food.

I heard that group discounts on party bookings are available. I feel more people should patronize the place as it is a win win situation. The joy and happiness you see on their faces is worth it.

Before leaving we had Filter coffee and cold coffee from Trelish, and that is something I would personally recommend for the coffee fans.
I like their tip box and I presume the tip is shared by all.
Had a chance to cover the Sports day of Little Angels School (Pune) and this was one of the items they put up.I can imagine the practice sessions they went through.
The march past and oath taking was impressive
The usual practice of running with the torch is done as a
relay, but I liked the idea of each member of the relay team following the
torch.
Each game was well designed and tailored to keep the
participants active.
This game of soaking the water in a sponge and squeezing it in
a beaker had the parents sweating it out for a change.
The race with the tyre reminded me of my childhood when this
was a regular affair with me
It was good to see the sack race still being a part of the
school sports event.
The display of the martial arts was something to watch, especially the breaking of the tiles.
As usual the last item of the day was the tug of war for
parents and it is obvious which side won.
The parents were happy to pose with their children at the
victory stand.
Mr Jehangir, the director of the school made an advance
announcement of the first ever store opening in Mumbai where children who are
differently abled will be working, and the store will be called “The Little
Bridge”
Captured most of the event and made two short videos of it.
Capturing
pictures when the subject is in motion is a challenge. I managed to get a few
during the relay of the annual sports day of Little Angels School.
Sports day is
fun especially for the kids. This is the third sports day of this school that I
am attending (two in Pune and one in Mumbai)
Every time I get to learn something new and last week was no exception.
The house
captains along with their Sir, making a final inspection of the ground before
the start of the event.
The march
past was perfect with children marching to the tune of Col Bogey’s march .
The Blue
House won the trophy for the best team in the march past. You can see it in the video.
The Lezim
dance performed by the senior boys was worth watching. I can imagine the amount
of practice that has gone into it.
There was
this boy Nishant Pai from yellow house
who helped the guest (Ms Purvi Shah) to put the medal over his head, then he
helped her to put the medal over the boy who stood second, and then again he
went on to help her do the same with the guy who stood third. It was such a
spontaneous gesture that it won the hearts of all who were present there.
