And she is 99

I like to sit and observe her when she is busy with her art work. This picture was clicked last month as she was painting one of the sarees. Today (18th July) she turns 99.

Those who appreciate her work are queuing up with their sarees and dress material to get it painted.

At her desk on the eve of her Birthday

You can see more of her work at this link.

Stunning work. That's what happens when one has had decades to perfect one's craft.

Very good stuff, but at 99 she must have lots of practice.

That was an inspiring story Joe. A person so active at the age of 99.

Those paintings and embroidery were exceptional. No wonder they are sold before completion.

Nice blog after long time from you.

Warm regards,

Awadhut Natekar
